About

The European Institute of Women's Health (EIWH) was established in 1996, to ensure women's health issues were on the European agenda. The EIWH, an NGO, is working to make the health and well being of women and the family, a priority for the European Commission and all EU Member States. EIWH also highlights the need to increase the number of women in leadership positions in health and other professions, including science and research.
