YWA is WIN's annual celebration of highly talented up-and-coming young women leaders making a difference in the community. YWA acknowledges young, pro-choice, Democratic, women of excellence who have made strides in their field and a real difference in the world. YWA nominees are Democratic, pro-choice women who are 35 years of age or younger and live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Members of WIN and the WIN Advisory Council, a group of high-achieving women who support the organization, select five awardees from the nominations.

The YWA winners' names will be revealed at the awards ceremony.
