Sierra Leone battles maternal mortality

Sub-Saharan Africa suffers some of the highest rates of maternal deaths in the world. But deaths of women during pregnancy or childbirth have fallen by 61% in the Bo district of Sierra Leone since Doctors Without Borders set up a clinic in a remote area. Read more at Al Jazeera
